Most jobs start with a free estimate. If you want new gutters, leaf guards, drainage, or soffit and fascia, we will measure, talk through your options, and price it at no cost to you.
Some calls are different. When you have a problem nobody has been able to figure out, water showing up where it should not, an awning box gutter everyone says cannot be fixed, or a drainage mess underground, that takes real diagnostic time on site. For those, we offer a $100 diagnostic visit. A licensed inspector troubleshoots the actual cause and gives you a plan, and if you hire us, that $100 is credited toward the job.
Why charge for it at all? Because a careful diagnosis is worth something, and it keeps us focused on people who genuinely want the problem solved. Honestly, almost everyone who books the diagnostic ends up glad they did.
