JLS Contracting of Florida LLC, doing business as Premium Leaf Guards, installs seamless gutters and leaf guards, provides complete gutter cleaning, and handles gutter repairs for homes in Ocala, Marion County, and the surrounding Central Florida counties. The business is owner operated by Jeff Ours.

The Website is an informational and lead generation tool. It does not process orders or payments online, and submitting a request through the Website does not create a binding contract for services. Any work we perform is governed by a separate written estimate or agreement that describes the scope, price, materials, and timeline for your specific job.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Website and request our services. By using the Website, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Estimates for new gutter and leaf guard installation are free. For repairs or for problems that require diagnosis, a service call fee of $100 applies, and that fee is credited toward your job if you hire us.

Pricing depends on the size and scope of your job, and any quote we provide is based on the conditions we observe at the time. Final pricing, materials, and timeline are confirmed in the written estimate or agreement you approve before work begins.

Requesting service does not guarantee a specific date or time until we confirm it with you. Scheduling depends on availability, weather, and the scope of the work. We will contact you to confirm timing before we arrive.

We serve Ocala and Marion County plus the surrounding counties, generally within about an hour of our home base. If your home is outside our service area, we will tell you.

Who is sending, and what to expect

These text messaging terms apply to SMS messages sent by JLS Contracting of Florida LLC, doing business as Premium Leaf Guards. When you provide your mobile number and opt in, you may receive text messages about gutter related appointments, project updates, quotes and estimates, and service communication. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive special offers, discounts, and promotional updates. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Opt out and support

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to any message you receive from us at 352-440-3310. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. When you provide your email address, you agree that we may send you transactional email about your job and, if you have chosen to receive it, promotional email. You can unsubscribe from promotional email at any time using the link in those messages.

We accept cash, check, major credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App. Payment terms for your specific job, including any deposit and the balance due on completion, are set out in your written estimate or agreement.

Card and app based payments are processed by the applicable payment provider under its own terms. We are not responsible for the policies, fees, or availability of those providers.

The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, project photos, and design, are owned by Premium Leaf Guards or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes related to learning about and requesting our services.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content, or use our name or logo, without our prior written permission.

You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:
