JLS Contracting of Florida LLC, doing business as Premium Leaf Guards, is a gutter and leaf guard company serving Ocala, Marion County, and the surrounding Central Florida counties. We install seamless gutters and leaf guards, clean gutters, and handle gutter repairs. The business is owner operated by Jeff Ours.

After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We send two kinds of email. Transactional email relates to your requests, quotes, appointments, and completed work. Promotional email includes offers, updates, and news that you have chosen to receive.

Every promotional email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out of promotional email at any time. We may still send you transactional email that is necessary to respond to your requests or complete your job even after you unsubscribe from promotions.

We accept cash, check, major credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App. Card and app based payments are processed by the applicable payment provider under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not store full payment card numbers on the Website.

The Website may contain links to other websites, social media platforms, and payment services that we do not operate. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, communicate with you, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
